DLBP Atlanta moves forward with a new rezoning proposal within Gwinnett County

DLBP Atlanta will be moving forward with a new rezoning proposal within Gwinnett County, on behalf of our client, Grace of Georgia Developments LLC. 

The rezoning proposal will be for a master-planned development composed of senior living and recreational open space.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration with the County staff, decision-makers, and community as we progress this proposal.
