Amy Paterson presents at the annual Introduction to Property conference

This week, Amy Paterson (Senior Associate Director) was honoured to lead the ‘Spatial Planning and Development Management’ session at the annual Introduction to Property conference, hosted by The HS Property Hub, and Derek Bruce.

Amy shared her knowledge and expertise as a Chartered Town Planner about the complex planning system to provide attendees with an understanding of the key frameworks that planners must work within. She also shared some insights about the art of achieving planning permission on sites with challenging constraints, and how the changing political context is influencing decision-making.

Amy was joined by other excellent guest speakers from Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, Brooke & Associates, Gerald Eve, Nottingham Trent University, and John Lewis Partnership.
