DLBP ATTENDS GEORGIA PLANNING ASSOCIATION SPRING CONFERENCE

The DLBP Atlanta team recently had the pleasure of attending the Georgia Planning Association Spring Conference 2024, at the College Park Convention Center.

This conference provided a great opportunity for us to hear from many highly regarded and well-respected leaders within the field of urban planning.  The day included a range of interesting seminars and stimulating discussions, the main topics being:

-       how to plan for ageing populations in urbanised areas;

-       the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in Georgia; and

-       the sustainable revitalisation of downtowns, with a focus on integrating public transport, green spaces, clean energy production, and mixed-use developments in areas including Duluth, Powder Springs, and Douglasville.

DLBP often attends events such as this to remain up to date on the latest developments in urban planning, and improve the service provided to our clients.
