DLBP EXPLORES NEW DEVELOPMENT ALONG THE ATLANTA BELTLINE

DLBP’s Senior Planner, Devynn Glanz, recently had the opportunity to join Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta on a walking tour of New City Properties’ O4W campus, including office spaces, Overline apartments, and The FORTH boutique hotel and clubhouse, situated along BeltLine.  This development is just one of many exciting new projects opening on the Beltline as it continues to grow in popularity and scale.

DLBP eagerly awaits the Beltline’s full realization, which will culminate in a 33-mile paved multi-use trail with a mix of uses, including apartments, retail, restaurants and fitness centers, to serve as a connector between east, west, and south Atlanta.

Following the tour, Devynn continued to explore the Beltline, fostering connections with like-minded professionals in the realms of planning, construction, and development industries.

DLBP actively encourages all our employees to participate in events like these to broaden their understanding of the development industry and stay abreast of trends within the Atlanta Metropolitan area.  These events also provide invaluable opportunities to engage with peers with similar shared interests.

We invite anyone interested in joining our team to contact our President and CEO, Dominic Lawson, at dominiclawson@dlbp.us to learn more about our current opportunities.
