DLBP Atlanta advances new annexation and zoning proposal in Cleveland and White County, Georgia

DLBP Atlanta is pleased to be advancing a new annexation and zoning proposal in the City of Cleveland and White County, on behalf of our client, Grace of Georgia Developments LLC. 

Following careful due diligence, the application will propose a mixed-use development composed of medical offices, a hotel and assisted living, catered towards the needs of the community.
