DLBP attends Planning Law Update seminar hosted by Holmes & Hills Solicitors
Last night, Henry Dunleavy, Principal Planner attended a very interesting Planning Law Update seminar hosted by Holmes & Hills Solicitors to gather insight on the latest planning case law.
The event was highly informative and covered a range of topics, including talks on the challenges of biodiversity net gain on small sites, the proposed legislative reform to Compulsory Purchase Order and the government's proposal to introduce brownfield passports to help regulate urban densification.
The session concluded with a useful update on the latest case law, including Lidl Great Britain's recent successful challenge to quash Aldi's planning permission for a new retail food store in Lincolnshire.
Thank you to Holmes & Hills Planning Law Department for organising the seminar. We look forward to attending others similar to this in the near future.
