The main considerations are the workforce, tax policy, and living costs followed by incentives, site readiness, quality of life, and work training programs.

This recognition proves how strategic planning and investment coupled with a focus on creating vibrant, business-friendly environments have positioned states and cities, such as Georgia and Atlanta, as economic powerhouses. This ranking showcases a visionary approach where strategic policies and development foster business growth while enhancing accessibility, livability, and long-term resilience. For instance, Atlanta's recognition as the No. 3 city for corporate headquarters highlights the city's successful urban planning ePorts in accommodating corporate needs.

As more businesses head towards the state and city, DLBP is interested in seeing how the state and city plan to manage this growth at workforce, housing, and planning and development levels.
