Our Director of Planning, Artagus Newell, alongside Planner Devynn Glanz, recently submitted a rezoning application in unincorporated Hall County on behalf of our client Grace of Georgia Developments LLC.

DLBP is delighted to have successfully secured rezoning on behalf of our client, Grace of Georgia Properties LLC, to support Spring Lake Village, a proposed Active Adult community in Cobb County.
Grace of Georgia Developments LLC is in the planning stages for Sardis Park, a proposed lifestyle community of vacation-style homes for year-round living. This development will feature 132 homes surrounded by greenspace amenities, including pocket parks, walking trails, and waterfront common areas.
DLBP is an advocate of sustainable development, whether the re-use of brownfield sites or new settlements and urban extensions, and good connectivity provided by sustainable travel is vital in achieving this.

Last week, DLBP’s Director of Planning Caroline Burnette Dervan attended the FSU Real Estate TRENDS conference, hosted by Florida State University’s College of Business. This annual event gathers real estate professionals from across the southeast and beyond to hear from industry experts and network with peers.
