DLBP Planner Devynn Glanz recently had the opportunity to join Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta on a walking tour of New City Properties’ O4W campus, including office spaces, Overline apartments, and The FORTH boutique hotel and clubhouse, situated along BeltLine.

The DLBP Atlanta team recently had the pleasure of attending the Georgia Planning Association Spring Conference 2024, at the College Park Convention Center.

The DLBP US team recently met with City of Cumming planning staff, the Planning Commission, and City Council members in relation to a rezoning project in the area.

DLBP Planner, Devynn Glanz, recently had the privilege of attending the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) School of Building Construction and Urban Land Institute’s ‘Real Estate Development Conference 2024: Building Tomorrow’.

The DLBP US team has been preparing for future Planning Commission and Board of Commissioner meetings by observing those in a number of jurisdictions to understand the different objectives, and values of various officers and commissioners.
